Vegetarian Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 package vegetarian ground crumbles 12-14 ounces, depending on brand
- 1 envelope Onion Soup Mix check to see if it is vegetarian
- ¾ Cup water
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ Cup ketchup
- ¾ Cup plain dry breadcrumbs not Italian seasoned and not panko
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl, add water and onion soup mix, stir until combined.
- Add remaining ingredients in order listed.
- Prepare an 8”x8” pan with cooking spray or a light coating of oil.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes 350° F.
- After removing from oven, allow to cool 5 minutes and then serve.
