Jasmine Rice in the Instant Pot

Ingredients
- 1.5 Cups jasmine rice
- 1.5 Cups cold water
Instructions
To start:
- Rinse the jasmine rice in a mesh strainer until water runs clear.
- Add 1.5 Cups cold water to instant pot liner along with rice.
- Set to cook on high pressure for 4 minutes with valve set to sealing.
- At the first beep, set a timer for 14 minutes (4 minutes cook time plus 10 minutes carry over cooking).
- Turn valve to venting and serve rice.
