Deviled Eggs

Need A Hand

Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 3 TBSP mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp yellow or spicy brown mustard (I prefer spicy brown)
  • 1 sprinkle salt
  • 2 sprinkles fresh ground pepper
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

To Start:

  • Slice eggs in half, longways.
  • Carefully remove yellow yolk from each.
  • Place yolk into small bowl and add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Stir well.

Method 1: Piping Method:

  • Using a small disposable sandwich bag, or pastry bag, place egg yolk mixture into one bottom corner.
  • Cut a small piece of bag off to create a piping bag.
  • Pipe yolk mixture into centers of each egg white.
  • Sprinkle paprika over finished eggs and place on serving platter.

Method 2: Spoon Method:

  • Using a teaspoon place egg yolk mixture centers of each egg white.
  • Sprinkle paprika over finished eggs and place on serving platter.

Notes

Serving suggestions:
Serve the same day.
Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
