Deviled Eggs

Servings: 12 eggs
Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 3 TBSP mayonnaise
- 2 tsp yellow or spicy brown mustard (I prefer spicy brown)
- 1 sprinkle salt
- 2 sprinkles fresh ground pepper
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Slice eggs in half, longways.
- Place yolk into small bowl and add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Stir well.
- Add yolk mixture to center of egg white, either by piping or spooning.
- Sprinkle paprika over finished eggs and place on serving platter.
