Deviled Eggs – Confidence

Deviled Eggs

Hands on time:5 mins
Servings: 12 eggs

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 3 TBSP mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp yellow or spicy brown mustard (I prefer spicy brown)
  • 1 sprinkle salt
  • 2 sprinkles fresh ground pepper
  • Paprika for garnish


  • Slice eggs in half, longways.
  • Place yolk into small bowl and add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Stir well.
  • Add yolk mixture to center of egg white, either by piping or spooning.
  • Sprinkle paprika over finished eggs and place on serving platter.


Serving suggestions:
Serve the same day.
Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
